Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Wound/Ostomy Care position in an ambulatory care setting, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a ME or Compact RN license.

- Day shift schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 12-week contract
Requirements
- Active ME or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Driver's License required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides wound, ostomy, and continence nursing care including ostomy care, wound draining, fistula care, percutaneous tube management, and fecal/urinary incontinence care
- Serves as a liaison for wound, ostomy, and continence care concerns and provides education to team members
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float policy requires availability to float between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
- Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (in Maine or New Hampshire) are considered local and may be subject to a different bill rate
- Personal electronic devices including AirPods, laptops, and cell phones are not permitted on the unit
- Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during the consideration process
