Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) night shift position at a women's hospital in Johnson, AR, requiring 2 years of L&D experience and an active AR or multistate RN license.
Details
- Night shift position with 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract in a dedicated Birthing Center unit
- Every other weekend required
- On-call shifts required 2x per scheduled period
- Postpartum experience is preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active AR RN license or multistate (compact) RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP — no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D RN experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid US driver's license required for consideration
- US Social Security Number required — Canadian SINs are not accepted
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
