Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience, prior travel experience, and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- Patient care encompasses labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn populations
- Schedule is nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Every third weekend is required
- On-call may be required during low census shifts
- Floating to other units as a sitter or helping hands may be required
- Epic EMR experience is required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or a compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required
- AWHONN Intermediate certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
