Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position at a freestanding ED in Clarksville, TN, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ER experience and prior travel nursing experience.
Details
- Freestanding Emergency Department (ED) setting in Clarksville, TN
- 8-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4–5
- General patient population
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
- Weekend shifts required
- Block scheduling is not available; must be flexible to meet the unit's scheduling needs — the unit sets the schedule
- EMR: Cerner
- No float requirement
- No charge nurse requirement
Requirements
- Active RN license — TN state license or Compact license required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required

- Navy scrubs required
- Local candidates are accepted; candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
