Description
American Traveler is seeking an ER RN for a night shift assignment at a critical access hospital, requiring OR license and willingness to float to MedSurg.
Details
- Emergency Department setting within a critical access, Trauma Level 4 hospital with 25 staffed beds
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:00)
- 13-week assignment length
- Weekend shifts required
- Float to MedSurg required when needed, OB experience a plus for floating
- Block scheduling accommodation dependent on days needed
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active Oregon RN license required in hand (pending accepted with proof of application)
- Minimum 1 years of experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, TNCC, ACLS
- NIHSS certification preferred
- NRP certification preferred
- Must be willing and confirmed able to float between ER and MedSurg units
Additional Information
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
- Scrub color and pattern is flexible
- RTO must be requested and approved at time of submission; not approved after offer
- Only one holiday off may be approved during the assignment
- Previous employees must have a 1-year break in service before returning as a traveler
