Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 2 years of experience, including OR experience, for a weekend-inclusive role with on-call rotation at a regional hospital in Petoskey, Michigan.
Details
- Position is based at a 202-bed regional hospital serving 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern Upper Peninsula
- Hospital specializes in cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences
- OR experience is a required component of this role
- Weekend availability is required
- On-call rotation includes one week of weeknight call (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) per month and one full weekend of call (Friday 7:00 PM–Monday 7:00 AM) per month
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray experience required
- OR (operating room) experience required
- Travel experience required
- ARRT certification required; a copy must be included for consideration
- BLS certification required (AHA only); must be willing to obtain prior to start
- Michigan state license required if applicable
- Must be a travel candidate (not a current full-time employee of the facility within the past six months)
Additional Information
- Matching scrubs are required as the facility dress code
- Skills checklist completed within the past year is preferred but not required for non-nursing professions
- References are not required for consideration
- No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
