Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required; no exceptions
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required, if applicable; pending licenses will not be accepted
- Experience with computerized charting systems required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- 2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

- Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are accepted but will be placed at a local adjusted rate
