Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for an 18-week outpatient-focused assignment using Epic EMR.
Details
- Outpatient-focused care setting with some inpatient PT coverage
- Primarily outpatient physical therapy with inpatient responsibilities as needed
- Epic EMR used on Surface tablets or laptops; Omnicell medication system on-site
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
- Rotating weekend and holiday coverage required for inpatient PT on a PRN basis
- No floating to other units or departments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Active PT license; ND licensure required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include general physical therapy duties across outpatient and inpatient settings
- First full week dedicated to unit orientation, hospital orientation, computer education, and Epic EMR training
- Online modules must be completed prior to start date
- Business casual dress code required; jeans, t-shirts, and sweats are not permitted
