American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health and skilled nursing facility position requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

• Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care setting, approximately 50/50 split which may fluctuate
• Occasional coverage to Hastings or Grand Island locations for SNF or HH may be needed
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts
• Uses Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for charting
• No call or call-back required
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Provides physical therapy services across home health and skilled nursing facility settings
• Two-week notice required for cancellation
• Accepts local candidates at an adjusted rate
• 80-mile radius placement guideline
