American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in Springfield, IL, requiring an active IL RN license and the ability to float within the hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities.

• Hospital Operating Room (OR) setting
• Day shift schedule: 4x8-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Floating is required 100% of the time — travelers may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital
• Travel pairs are not accepted for this position

• Active Illinois (IL) RN license required
• All required professional licenses and certifications must be active and in hand
• BLS or equivalent certification required — AHA and Red Cross accepted; RQI AHA cards are not accepted
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Candidates must reside 50 miles or more from the facility to be eligible for this position

• Former permanent or PRN employees of the Memorial Hospital System must have been separated for at least 12 months before being considered as a traveler
• Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Up to 5 days of non-holiday RTO may be requested; anything beyond 5 days requires facility approval
