Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience, OASIS and HCHB EMR proficiency required.
Details
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory coverage is expected
- On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
- HCHB EMR experience required
- iPad provided for documentation purposes
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
Requirements
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license (license in hand required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health OT experience
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Current BLS certification required
