American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist with at least 6 months of current MRI experience to work day/evening weekend shifts in a hospital imaging department.

• Work in a hospital MRI department
• 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week
• Schedule is Friday through Sunday and Tuesday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• Unit staffed with 3 FT day shift techs and 1 tech from 7 PM-11 PM when open late
• Uses GE 1.5T MRI equipment
• EMR/charting systems include Meditech and Centricity PACS
• Typical procedures include basic MRI of head, spine, and abdomen, as well as cardiac and functional MRI
• On-call requirement Saturday night from 9:30 PM to 7 AM

• Minimum 6 months of current experience as an MRI Technologist
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• GE equipment experience preferred
• Cardiac MRI experience preferred

• Perform basic MRI studies of the head, spine, and abdomen along with cardiac and functional MRI procedures
• Best suited for a self-motivated individual with a positive, go-getter attitude
• Located near Denver with easy access to mountains, skiing, shopping, and dining
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
