American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring at least 2 years of experience, active licensure, and night shift availability.

• MS/Tele unit in a hospital setting with 24 beds
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Charting via Epic EMR
• Floating within scope required to meet facility needs, including to other facilities within a 75-mile radius
• Block scheduling requests are not accommodated

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) required — pending licenses are not accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and Basic Dysrhythmia
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Valid driver's license and a utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address from the last 3 months are required for consideration
• Two supervisory references required for consideration
• Copies of certifications required for consideration
• Candidate's permanent address must be more than 75 miles from the facility

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are not accepted — permanent address must be outside the 75-mile radius
• Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer per 13-week assignment; no holiday or blackout date RTO requests are permitted
