American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (LDRP) position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and a Montana or Compact RN license.

• LDRP unit within a hospital setting, providing care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Candidates will manage couplet care (mother and newborn) as part of standard patient assignment
• Antepartum and high-risk pregnancy patients are also part of the patient population
• Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• On-call requirement: 3–4 call shifts per 8-week block
• Floating required to Pediatrics and NICU; safety sitting on any unit may also be required

• Active MT RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required
• Experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care is mandatory
• Candidates must reside 75 or more miles from the facility to be eligible

• Experience with high-risk and antepartum patients is a strong plus
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are not eligible for this position
