Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel IR Technologist for a fast-paced Interventional Radiology department in Washington, supporting Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists with 1 year of experience and active ARRT(R) certification.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital with 325 staffed beds
- Fast-paced Interventional Radiology department supporting Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists
- Equipment includes Philips rooms (including one biplane room) and one GE Hybrid room
- Charting via Epic (required)
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
- Active ARRT(R) certification required; IR/CV certification preferred
- Active Washington state license required (no pending licenses accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for a travel contract
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning to this facility as a traveler
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; minimal RTO is strongly preferred
