American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Colorado, requiring 1 year of ICU experience, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications on a night shift schedule.

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within a hospital environment
• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 1900–0730
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend requirement: 7 weekends required in every 8-week period
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts
• EMR: Epic (charting experience required)

• Active CO state RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted
• Current certifications required (must be AHA and valid through start date): BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Associate's degree (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for ICU patients
• Performs health teaching, counseling, and treatment planning
• Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients for further evaluation as needed
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
