American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Kansas, working 12-hour night shifts with every-other-weekend requirements and BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.

• ICU setting within an acute care hospital
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every-other-weekend requirement based on scheduling needs
• No on-call requirements
• First to float off unit; float destinations include med/surg or intermediate floors, or the ED as a resource nurse only (no mother/baby tower)
• 13-week contract

• Active RN license in Kansas or a Compact state currently in hand
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• ICU nursing experience required

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius requirement
• Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a travel nurse
• COVID-19 vaccination required: two doses or an approved declination (booster not required)
• A copy of your COVID vaccination card will be required for consideration
