American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Tech for a day-shift role requiring RCIS, ARRT(VI), or RTRCI certification along with BLS and call coverage.

• Work in a hospital Cath Lab department
• 10-hour day shifts from 0700 to 1730, four days per week
• Call required every fourth weekend plus 4-5 additional weeknight shifts within the same four-week period

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• One of the following required: RCIS, ARRT(VI), or RTRCI
• Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Assist in preparing patients for cath lab procedures including scrubbing in and monitoring/recording hemodynamic pressures
• Prepare procedure rooms and patients using invasive cardiology processes
• Address health education needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Manage patient care assignments and related organizational tasks
• Apply knowledge of growth and development principles during patient interactions
