American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist at an acute care hospital serving as a STEMI and Stroke receiving center, with experience in cardiac, interventional neuro, and IR procedures preferred.

• Work in a 4-lab cardiac cath lab at an acute care hospital designated as a STEMI and Stroke receiving center
• Procedures include TAVR, TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology
• Epic EMR required
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Weekday and weekend call requirements
• May float between specialties within the lab

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care Cath Lab experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, ARRT (or RCIS), and Fluoroscopy Permit required
• State license required if applicable
• Stroke and/or IR experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Support cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology procedures — EP and structural heart experience not required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Scrubs are provided for Cath Lab staff
• Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• All RTO must be submitted at time of consideration — requests made after submission or offer may be denied
• Block schedule requests are considered at manager discretion
• Pending licenses are not accepted
