American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Tech with at least 1 year of cath lab or radiology/surgery scrub experience to support cardiac catheterization procedures.

• Cath Lab unit setting
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call required every other weekend at most, plus 2-3 weekdays depending on weekend rotation
• Uses GE Innova, GE Optima, and Toshiba Infinix cath lab x-ray units
• Potential to float in rotation with facility staff according to facility floating policy

• Minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience or scrub experience in Radiology Intervention or Surgery
• ARRT(R) certification required
• LSTBE (Louisiana state license) required if applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• Floating will align with candidate's clinical experience and facility floating policy, including proper orientation to new units
• RTO requests should be minimized, especially avoiding time off during the first two weeks or full calendar weeks off during the assignment
• Any RTO must be approved and documented prior to the start of the assignment
• Candidates should expect to work some holidays
• 4 hours of non-billable training modules completed through HealthStream
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• First-time travelers will be considered
