American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma hospital in Alaska.

• Acute care hospital setting with 407 staffed beds
• Magnet facility, Level II Trauma Center, and USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• Floating between all facilities within the state is expected and required
• Epic EMR used; experience required
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Free on-site parking available
• No on-call required
• Block scheduling is not available

• Minimum 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience required
• ER experience preferred
• Active Alaska PT license required (pending license accepted); license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; post-offer RTO requests may be denied
• Refusal to float between state facilities may result in assignment termination
