Compensation & Benefits

Weekly pay average: $1,655
(Typical range $1,630–$1,680 depending on routes and stops) -
Regional runs (200 miles): starting at $0.63 CPM, increases with tenure

Local runs (under 200 miles): starting at $0.725 CPM, increases with tenure

Stop pay: $20–$30 per stop, depending on route type

Hourly/safety pay: $20 per hour

Paid training at mileage rate plus applicable stop pay

$100 per week added to paycheck for eligible situations
