Essential Functions:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in transition services, vocational rehabilitation, special education, disability services, or related fields preferred.
- Experience working with youth or young adults with disabilities preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, satisfactory CORI, and appropriate insurance coverage required.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
