We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team on a consultancy basis and support the clinical support needs of our MassHealth funded Day Habilitation Programs.

Job Summary
Responsible to provide high quality physical therapy assessments, Inter-Disciplinary Team participation, and training for direct support professionals at American Training. Incorporation of the WOW! Principles into all aspects of our work life.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete physical therapy assessments on Guests in all American Training Day Habilitation programs upon admittance to the program and then every two years or if there is a decline in baseline level of functioning.
- Provide clinical oversight /supervision to the Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Provide Colleague training as needed.
- Comply with documentation requirements.
- Review and sign all doctor's orders and supportive and protective device forms.
- Monitor adaptive equipment and write letters of justification needed for any wheelchair modification or new wheelchair order(s).
- Consult with families and/or Colleagues as needed.
