What You'll Do:
- Present Our Services: Showcase our exceptional offerings to new and existing clients.
- Prospect Potential Clients: Seek out and engage with future partners.
- Client Relations: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure top-notch service with the help of our Recruiting team.
- Stay Updated: Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of the latest developments.
- Direct Reporting: Work closely with our General Manager to meet and exceed goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience in the Staffing Industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms is a bonus, but we'll train you thoroughly.
- People Skills: Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Mobility: Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
