We are seeking a proactive and skilled Residential Maintenance Handyman to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components.
• Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Maintain facilities equipment including HVAC units, plumbing systems, electrical panels, and mechanical devices.
• Carry out painting projects such as maintenance painting and residential painting to uphold building aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards by properly handling electrical work, plumbing repairs, and other technical tasks using appropriate tools like ohmmeters and schematics.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or staff and communicating clearly about repair timelines.Qualifications
• Proven experience in general maintenance, repair operations (MRO), or facilities maintenance roles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, schematics, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters.
• Knowledge of HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical work including electrical equipment repair, and building interior maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff or clients.
• Supervising or leadership experience is a plus for coordinating team efforts on larger projects or ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
