Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, tire shining, and window washing to ensure vehicles look their best.
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and deodorizing vehicles for a fresh appearance.
- Utilize buffing and polishing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as oiling door hinges or replacing interior bulbs to support overall vehicle presentation.
- Support custodial duties by maintaining cleanliness of the service area, detailing bays, and customer lounge spaces.
- Drive vehicles safely within the lot for positioning or delivery purposes while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect vehicles and inform management of all repairs needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or general mechanics is preferred, a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members.
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and polishing tools effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving various types of vehicles within the lot.
- Knowledge of detailing techniques including buffing, cleaning methods, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in every task performed.
