- Create positive interactions with customers through phone, chat, and email communications, thus creating an increase in sales and customer satisfaction. Create a positive experience by demonstrating good listening and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and appropriate patience.
- Ensure accurate data entry of account contact information, quotes, orders, and other documentation in company ERP system and databases.
- Achieve personal and departmental goals through effective research and communication. Meet or exceed net booked sales goal for self and team.
- Continually enhance ability to provide accurate and timely information to customers and co-workers through training and development opportunities.
Required skills
- Demonstrates professional phone etiquette, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and experienced with ERP systems to support operational efficiency.
