What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder / Fabricator position at American Timber and Steel?
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Plasma Table
- Load / operate Plasma Table
- Review drawings and ensure parts are made to specification
- Fabricate items as needed
- Operate forklift and overhead crane
- Ensure all safety procedures are always followed, including proper use of all PPEs
- Proficient in reading CAD 2D and 3D drawings
- Knowledge of basic welding
- Knowledge of operation of power equipment
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
