About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Assistant Market Team Manager to support our Market Team Manager in driving operational excellence, team performance, and market growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, supervising field staff, and contributing to strategies that enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, and support business expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Market Team Manager to plan and execute market strategies, including growth initiatives.
- Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements.
- Supervise drivers and other team members; lead weekly team meetings to align on goals, safety, and culture.
- Manage required documentation and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure collaboration, problem-solving, and resource allocation.
- Perform additional duties to support team and organizational success.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant operations or team leadership experience, with at least 1–2 years in a management role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven success in motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to evolving business needs.
