Full Job Description – Wire Harness Assembler

American Technology Components, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated employee to be part of our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires using hand tools and equipment.
- Route, bundle, and tie wires into harnesses per design requirements.
- Solder wires and connectors as needed, following proper ESD and safety procedures.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.
- 3-4 years of experience in wire harness assembly, cable assembly, or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Familiarity with crimping, soldering, and wire processing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Hand soldering experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
