JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1st opening for QC inspector- QC Tech with CMM, PPAPs,
customer returns, customer communication Production metal parts
inspection and documentation knowledge. 1st piece inspection, last
piece, full dimensional layouts. \$28-\$38/hour for QC person-check
parts with mics and calipers, visual inspection, documentation CMM with
MicroVU The Quality Floor Person will operate CMM Utilize Microsoft
Excel to document spread sheets. Mostly production work. Inspection of
metal forming and fabrication parts. CNC, manual and productions Quality
Assurance person will work in a medium sized ISO certified Manufacturer
Specializing in Contract Stamping, forming and metal fabrication. Create
and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures. Document
testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria. Instruct vendors or
contractors on quality guidelines, testing procedures, or ways to
eliminate deficiencies. Collect and analyze production samples to
evaluate quality. Verify that raw materials, purchased parts or
components, in-process samples, and finished products meet established
testing and inspection standards. Oversee workers including supervisors,
inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities.
