Overview:
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
Responsibilities:
- Program leader responsible for building and growing our relationship with the Navy customer.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with Navy goals and objectives in support of Program Management Office.
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Establishes and maintains progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates.
- Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Ten years’ experience in a management position dealing with complex Navy Systems
- Ten years' experience managing personnel
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Five years’ experience managing technical services contracts supporting Navy C4I systems operations and maintenance
Salary : $135,600 - $226,400
