Job Skills / Requirements
ASC is seeking to hire a professional detail oriented Fire Alarm Technician. In this position to install, program, test, inspect and repair fire alarm and life safety systems. Duties and requirements include but are not limitied to:
- Must have valid Texas Fire License (FAL).
- Must have valid Texas Driver License.
- Electrical or low-voltage wiring knowledge.
- Ability to pull, terminate, and test all standard industry cable types.
- Test systems to ensure proper operation.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all local and state fire regulations are met.
- Complete detailed service reports.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and safety.
