Counterperson/ Warehouse associate

Duties

• THIS IS A PART TIME OPPORTUNITY; Monday through Friday, and 9-1 every other Saturday
• Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice on parts and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with professionalism
• Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and conducting regular stock counts.
• Assist in order fulfillment by picking parts efficiently for store transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed during stocking and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers using phone etiquette and clear communication skills to address inquiries or resolve issues quickly

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
• Bilingual skills or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to manage stock levels and sales transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers via phone or in person while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
