The Bulk Manager is responsible to establish/maintain a high-quality workforce with a focus on Bulk and Finshing operations. This position requires a high level of technical support and leadership in order to direct, facilitate, and coordinate the performance, development, and improvement of the overall operation.

This position requires a high level of technical support and leadership in order to direct, facilitate, and coordinate the performance, development, and improvement of the overall operation.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
- Directs teams of specialized employees ensuring good manufacturing practices and safe operating procedures.
- Achieves standard production volume, quality standards, and regulatory compliance through the supervision of personnel.
- Develops leadership and operating personnel to ensure optimum use of labor force assigned to each shift. Evaluates the performance of subordinates.
- Strategically identifies improvement opportunities to drive overall operations.
- Identifies and coordinates non-routine maintenance activities.
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve results through subordinates in an organized labor environment.
- 5 years industrial leadership experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a chemical processing, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing plant in process/production operations, supervision, or equivalent military experience highly preferred
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Directly supervisors salary employees and indirectly supervises hourly employees.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train others
- Quantifiable leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead employees in a team based environment.
- Computer literacy is required (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively with subordinates, peers and supervision.
- Have a high regard and ownership for personal safety and the safety of others.
