Position: Drainage Engineer
Location: Austin, TX
We are looking for a team oriented and technically gifted Drainage Engineer to become the next integral member of our Texas Road team. This person will work directly with our skilled team of the Austin Road Group on our highway and bridge projects throughout Texas.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the efforts in preparing contract drainage drawings, specifications, and estimates, while also overseeing the creation of project-specific drainage/hydraulic reports and technical documentation
- Conduct cross drainage hydraulic analysis and design
- Conduct drainage analysis and design per the requirements of the project and transportation public agencies such as TxDOT
- Experience in utilizing Microstation, InRoads, and Revit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered PE in Texas
- 8 years of experience working working on transportation-related projects, specializing in drainage design, hydrological, and hydraulic analyses
