We are seeking a skilled Utility Services Technician to join our team at American States Utility Services. In this role, you will be responsible for performing physical construction activities related to water and wastewater systems, including excavating trenches, pipe laying, and backfilling excavations. You will work closely with equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery and materials.
To be successful in this position, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as two years of prior experience in water and wastewater system construction. A valid driver's license and United States citizenship are also required. Additionally, working knowledge of general hand tools and power tools is preferred.
