Job Description:
Summary:
Oversee general office operations and procedures, and provide support to colleagues in the office and the field.
Responsibilities:
- Courteously and promptly determines the nature of a caller’s business and directs callers and visitors to the appropriate person, or takes messages (including pertinent information) for the person called.
- Ensure the building and facilities are clean and safe for colleagues and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor inventory and the purchasing of necessary supplies, including but not limited to office supplies, copy paper, and kitchen supplies for the MN locations.
- Assist the Service Manager with various tasks, including work orders, field service calendar, customer purchase orders, creating work orders, and work order folders.
- Scan accounts payable invoices and track MSHA hours and OSHA Inspections.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of information processed.
- Provide answers to routine inquiries and other information as appropriate.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous, effective, and efficient manner.
Wage is based on experience - $24.00/hour - $28.00/hour
