Service Manager – Milwaukee

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows heavy equipment inside and out? We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our Milwaukee service team and drive efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

As our Service Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the service department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule technicians for both shop and field work
• Manage service work orders from start to finish (customer, internal, warranty)
• Monitor work in progress (WIP) and keep jobs on track
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and accounting teams
• Supervise and mentor the Shop Foreman and service team
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure outstanding service experiences
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workplace
• Train, develop, and inspire your team
  
  
  

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical or trade school training preferred
• Strong knowledge of heavy/construction equipment and repairs
• 3–5 years of service management experience
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently
