Your role will focus solely on installation, with no involvement in sales or collections. Key responsibilities include customer introductions, bathroom demolition, and the complete installation of our shower systems, encompassing electrical, plumbing and finish work.In addition to your technical expertise, we highly value exceptional customer service, attention to detail and a genuine passion for your craft.Responsibilities:· Perform full install Senior Walk-in Tubs or Acrylic and Solid Surface showers· Inspect and transport materials to the customer's home· Introduce and explain the services being performed to the customers· Demolition of the bathroom· Complete installation of shower including installing wall systems, shower floor or walk-in tub· Installing accessories such as grab bars, soap dishes and seats· Provide a 5-star customer service, document work performed, collect final payment, and submit invoicesPartnership Benefits:· Reliable bi-weekly payment for installation, including adders and overruns· No challenges or costs associated with lead generation, marketing, sales, or collections· Industry best product training in our world-class facility in Dallas, Texas (expense paid)· Opportunity to become a Certified American Standard Installer and work top-quality shower productsAs a Certified Installer for American Standard, you will enjoy a trusted partnership with a renowned brand.
