FOUNDATION REPAIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In-Home Foundation Repair Sales Representative

Memphis, TN | Full-Time | $75,000–$120,000 Per Year (Base Commission)

We’re looking to expand our foundation repair team and are hiring for an In-Home Foundation Repair Sales Representative.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-home inspections of foundation, crawlspace, and basement issues
• Educate homeowners and build trust through consultative selling
• Present custom repair solutions and close sales
• Follow up with customers and manage appointments through CRM tools
• Collaborate with project and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work evenings and Saturdays as needed (homeowner availability)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in in-home sales, construction sales, or related industries (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to inspect crawlspaces, basements, and job sites
  
  

Compensation

• Commission company vehicle & fuel
• First-year expected earnings: $75,000–$120,000
• Top performers earn $150,000
