Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams within your area.
- Supervise managers and team members across locations, promoting a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Monitor profit & loss statements, analyze financial data, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications
