We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our Madison operations team. This role supports the logistics side of our AV integration business by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, staging equipment for job sites, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment. - Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of equipment and materials
- Stage equipment and tools for upcoming projects based on job site schedules
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles and deliveries
- Support field technicians and office staff with logistics-related tasks
- Operate or assist with deliveries using company box truck (20ft ), if needed
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and operate ladders and warehouse equipment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory and shipping documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating or driving a box truck (20ft ) is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with AV equipment is a plus, but not required
Job Compensation and Details:
- Pay- $20-22/hr
- Shift Time and Days- 8am-4:30pm, M-F
