POSITION TITLE: Corporate Engagement Coordinator


REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Partnership Market Strategy


DEPARTMENT: Marketing


CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt (Hourly)


POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to provide essential operational support for our growing corporate engagement team. The Corporate Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of sponsor and corporate partner deliverables. This position supports day-to-day operations, manages project timelines, and ensures high-quality fulfillment and communications across valuable content and conference-related engagement programs. With a strong focus on logistics and detail, this role helps deliver a seamless experience for corporate partners, contributing to satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for sponsors and advertisers, ensuring all obligations are met on schedule.
  • Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor and report on partner deliverables, including sponsor lead delivery, advertising performance metrics, and post-campaign accountability summaries.
  • Program Support: Coordinate communication, scheduling, and logistics for corporate engagement programs, including sponsored webinars, conference amenities and education sessions, ensuring consistent and professional partner experience.
  • Asset Management: Ensure all sponsor assets are received, reviewed, and activated accurately and on time, in accordance with contractual commitments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, content, events, and sales—to ensure alignment and consistency in partner communications and program execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized, self-directed and process/detail oriented
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation and sales enablement practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Monday, or Slack
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Full-time position with the ability to work M-F during normal business hours. May be expected to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.
  • Ability to travel to conferences and/or meetings


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, client services, project management, or a similar role


POSITION COMPENTENCIES:

  • Team Support, Coordination and Effective Communication: Assists tasks within the project team, shows willingness to learn and collaborate, demonstrates effective communication skills both verbal and written. Requires supervision in managing team activities and setting priorities.
  • Time Management and Project Support: Assists with basic project scheduling and task management and demonstrates basic awareness of project budgeting concepts. Requires guidance in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and in developing comprehensive project plans and managing project activities and budgets.
  • Problem Identification, Risk Awareness, and Quality Assistance: Identifies project problems, challenges and risks. Supports quality management processes by contributing to basic quality checks. Requires assistance resolving competing priorities and address them effectively as well as developing contingency plans. and reviews but requiring supervision to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participates in stakeholder meetings. Requires support in understanding stakeholder needs and managing their expectations under guidance.
  • Adaptability Development: Develops an awareness of changes and is adaptable within the projects. Requires support in managing and adapting to change linked to overall goals.


COMPENSATION:

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
