What You Will Need
Project Management
- Manage the development and delivery of digital learning content, including eLearning modules, webinars, podcasts, and multimedia programs
- Oversee LMS operations such as course setup, enrollment, content updates, and workflow management
- Monitor course quality, accuracy, and compliance with accreditation standards and timelines
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Develop and maintain templates, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency in course design and delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital learning experiences and support implementation of new tools and formats
- Design, build, and test online educational content using instructional design best practices
- Utilize eLearning authoring tools, video and audio editing software, and webinar platforms to produce digital content
- Support video and podcast production, including content preparation, editing, and quality assurance
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital learning materials within the LMS
- Support execution of educational initiatives and represent digital learning programs at industry meetings
