Description
OFF EVERY 3RD WEEK - Breast Imaging Radiologist needed at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC
UNC Health is currently seeking full-time Breast Imaging Radiologists to work at UNC Health - Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC- only 1 hour from Raleigh and The Triangle area.
This position will be a dedicated Diagnostic Breast Imaging Specialist and should be fellowship training or have extensive experience in breast imaging. The specialist will focus on the interpretation of breast imaging studies, including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, as well as perform image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies and localizations.

Position Information
- We are recruiting for multiple radiologists to join the team at UNC Health Nash, including Interventional Radiologists, Diagnostic/Procedural Radiologists & Breast Imaging Radiologists.
- Will perform procedures in the radiology department, as well as outpatient work.
- Wk 1 - M-F 8a-4p (Primary Mammo - 1 day screening diag; 4 days procedure and diag)
- Wk 2 - M-F 10a-6p (Secondary Mammo - screening stereotactic biopsies MR guided breast biopsy AND coverage of weekly breast tumor board on Wednesdays)
- Wk 3 - OFF
- All work 100% onsite and 100% breast, NO diagnostic
- Health-system employed provider, with access to and resources through the School of Medicine?s Department of Radiology
