As Senior Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the technical excellence of ASCE's Water Institutes. You'll:
- Lead the development of technical manuals, reports, and standards
- Guide technical programming for national and regional events
- Collaborate on continuing education initiatives with ASCE's education team
- Serve as a key liaison to technical committees and executive leadership
- Supervise and mentor support staff and lead special projects
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or association management (Master's preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in engineering or technical association management
- Proven project management and staff supervision experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technical documentation
