Medical Laboratory Scientist II
(multiple positions) sought by AdventHealth Hendersonville in Hendersonville, NC, to conduct laboratory procedures in designated areas. Analytical testing of blood & human biological specimens, requiring theoretical & practical knowl & expertise. Complex diagnostic & analytic assessments of specimens, interpreting data w/ precision & accuracy. Facilitate selected aspects of laboratory processes, incl workflow mgmt, qlty control, performance imprvmt activities & maintenance of eqpmt. Assist lab leadership in meeting goals across various areas. Conduct laboratory procedures, performing diagnostic assessments & laboratory processes & assisting lab leadership. Reqmts: Bachelor's deg (or foreign equiv) in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory sci, or medical technology. In the alternative, a Bachelor's deg (or foreign equiv) in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory sci, medical technology, or functional equiv is acceptable.
