We are a busy, patient-focused dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice seeking a skilled and personable Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform advanced skincare treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion
- Support acne treatment plans and assist with clinical procedures as appropriate
- Actively educate patients on skincare and build customized home-care regimens to enhance and maintain treatment results
- Confidently recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products as part of a results-driven approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Travel to our Westlake Village location a few times per month to provide services
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Esthetician license (required)
- 1 years of experience in a medical or dermatology setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and cosmetic procedures
- Comfortable with consultative selling and meeting product sales goals
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude
